The Latvian-born cellist, Mischa Maisky, last appeared on the Shriver Hall Concert Series in 1982 – before his daughter, the pianist Lily Maisky, was born in Paris in 1987. Now, they will be appearing together on the series to open the 2013-2014 season on Sunday.
