Music is blossoming in PG County!
The Spring Music Series at Bowie State University’s Fine and Performing Arts Center starts this Friday, March 10 with a performance by the Washington Women in Jazz Festival. Earlier this week, I spoke with the series’ director, Armando Bayolo, about Friday’s concert.
