10-7-17 Music In Maryland Chamber Music By Candlelight!
I recently bumped into violinist Ivan Stefanovic at the BCO concert and he said he was trying to get me new recordings of his colleagues from Chamber Music By Candlelight at Second Presbyterian Church in Baltimore…so while we patiently like Job here are a few vintage recordings featuring BSO musicians.

Bloch: Suite for Viola and Piano. Peter Minkler, viola; Lura Johnson, piano.
Moszkowski: Suite for Two Violins and Piano. Ellen Pendelton Troyer, Rebecca Nichols, violins; Lura Johnson, piano.
To fill we used the Baltimore Symphony’s excellent recording of Berlioz’ Symphonie Fantastique with David Zinman conducting.
