Inspired by the gastronomical movement, farm-to-table, this “sustainably sourced” concert includes flavors from our own backyard, with works by several Baltimore and Maryland-based composers, including Douglas Buchanan, who came in with Handel Choir’s Arian Khaefi to talk about it.
