4/19/14 – Vocalise Rundown
Many of us who have never been to Spain probably romanticize it or imagine certain things about it in our own personal way. Spain, for me, conjures the aroma of oranges and orange blossoms. There are a lot of orange trees in Spain and some fragrant tributes to the Citrus aurantium in the form of perfume. On tonight’s Vocalise a couple of non-Spanish composers infuse their music with their own Spanish imaginings.
