8-15-13 Word On Wine Infusions!
While some booze should be drunk ‘as God made it’ others can be enhanced by infusions. This is just a fancy word for putting stuff in your favorite potable. Vodka is probably the most popular suspect but many other forms of infusions can be tried. In this week’s show Mary and I explore some nice infusion possibilities which were inspired by Bon Appetit’ s May 2013 article on the same subject. Plus I relate a famous tale about a bottle of Pertsovka!
