Every one in a while things go your way. When I was asked to interview Chantal Gonet from Champagne Philipe Gonet how could I say no! Who wouldn’t want to taste some excellent boutique champagne and talk with someone whose family has been in the business since 1830!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Mind Boggling.
