Holidays at Hampton: Yuletide Across the Centuries
Located in Towson, Hampton Mansion was the home of the Ridgely Family for over two centuries. These days, it’s maintained by the National Park Service, and Holidays at Hampton, their celebration of Yuletide traditions from the Georgian era through the early 20th century, will take place from December 9-January 6. This Saturday, December 11, the mansion will offer self-guided tours, holiday music, and a visit from Santa. I recently spoke with board member Gayle Economos about the mansion’s historic significance and its holiday celebrations.
