9-14-19 Word On Wine Adult Whiskey Sours!
Our first cocktail was Bourbon and Bonal. I found this cocktail at La Reina Bar in Santa Fe. It was a super fun place and our Swedish/Mexican bartender did a beautiful job! We will definitely return. 2 to one Bourbon to Bonal and add some Gran Marnier to taste…Lemon is a must.
The second cocktail also used Elijah Craig combined with Amaro Nonino. Nonino is expensive but very flavorful. 2 to 1 Bourbon to the amaro and add lemon. Lots of ice and vigorous shaking required.
