Behold the Whiskey Sour! Whiskey (your choice), simple syrup or sugar, and lemon or lime. You can use egg white or not…bitters or not! Simple elegant and for me just about perfect! We did two different shows. One where we discussed the perennial favorite and another where we compare two versions one with egg white and one without.
