Streaming is back up!

The Dynamic Duo of JR and Bob have managed to suss out the issue (one too many things competing for the small amount of bandwidth) and disconnected the likely culprit. Streaming seems to be consistent today, but please email me at dross@bccc.edu if you experience any further dropouts.
