We’re getting better at this! Latest membership mailing
Each mailing we send, we get a little better at this!
Last major mailing we sent out, we inadvertently chose “person record” rather than “account record” and sent two mailings to many two-member households. This time around, we made sure we didn’t do that again… but didn’t realize that this time the query had only selected Primary person on each membership account. Oy!
We didn’t mean to leave people out!
Thank you everyone for being so understanding while Yvonne and I get used to our new membership program. We’re really getting better at this!
