Fall Pledge Drive wrap-up

What an AMAZING pledge drive! Thanks you YOU, we overshot our goal! Thank you each and every one of you who called in your pledge of support for classical music. Whether you were new, renewing or making an additional gift, know that you helped keep Maryland’s Classical Music Station hale and hearty. We are off to a GREAT start for our new fiscal year!

These great local businesses make sure our hard-working volunteers are well-nourished! We encourage all our members to support local businesses, and these great folks support classical music just like you.  Don’t forget to name-drop!

And our volunteers, drive after drive, keep coming back and showing us that classical music fans are hard-core. Without them, WBJC would have to pay quite a bit of money for a phone bank service… This group of dedicated members (many of whom are Sustainers, Day Sponsors and Challengers!) are the backbone of the station, and we rely so much on them. Thank you thank you thank you!

As we get caught up in the membership department, you will be getting your acknowledgement from us in the mail shortly. Now that we have a head-count, the new logo premiums are being ordered! These premiums gifts are direct-shipping from the vendor, and we expect that they will arrive to you in about 6-8 weeks. CD premiums are also on order, and we expect them to be sent out as soon as they arrive here in the offices. If you didn’t select a premium during the drive, your thank-you letter should come with the premium list, and you can email or call the membership department your selection.
