Word On Wine 6-16-17 Georgia On My Mind!
A few weeks ago Kati Harrison and I had lunch with some lovely people from Georgia to discuss their very interesting wines. As you can see from the picture this wine has an amazing color! This comes from leaving their white wines with the skins. They also age their wines in Amphoras as opposed to barrels! I shared some of our discoveries with Mary Zajac. I’m trying to get the Georgian guys in for an interview…hopefully soon!
