1-9-16 Music In Maryland: Peabody Renaissance Ensemble!

This week Music in Maryland features a concert with The Peabody Renaissance Ensemble and The Baltimore Baroque Band.  The concert was entitled In The Moon Of Wintertime and was recorded on Saturday December 12, 2015 at Leith Symington Griswold Hall.  The program featured Medieval, Renaissance, Baroque and Sephardic music all designed to drive the cold  Winter away.  It must be working because we haven’t had much Winter yet!  My guest for the program is Mark Cudek the director of The Peabody Renaissance Ensemble for the last 28 years.  It was a great concert  and a fun show.  After the live concert we played a number of selection from The Baltimore Consort’s CD Watkins Ale.  Always fun.
