9-07-15 Word On Wine Trisaetium & Patelin De Tablas
This week Mary and I actually got together to enjoy some wine…Something we are planning to do more of on Monday! Oddly enough for a pair of old world wine lovers we enjoyed two new world wines.
1)2012 Trisaetum Riesling. Willamette Valley Oregon. $20. Though some may say…”I don’t like sweet Riesling” this was a great blend of acid and sugar. Totally delicious with all kinds of things. http://www.trisaetum.com/
2)2012 Patelin De Tablas Rose. Tablas Creek Vinyards. $21. A very nice California vinyard and usually a total winner. We had some reservations when we opened the bottle but as it breathed we were happier.
