6-22-15. Word On Wine Review. One SB From NZ and a Minervois!
This week we review two white wines…One from France and one from New Zealand.
1)2012 Chateau CoupRoses Champ Du Roy. Vin de Pays Des Cotes Du Brian. This was a blend of Viognier, Grenache Blanc and Marsanne. Cotes Du Brian is in the Languedoc appellation of Minervois. $14. Not Mary’s usual thing but she really enjoyed it.
2)2012 Arona Sauvignon Blanc. Marlborough New Zealand. $13. Nothing to complain about here. All the grapefruit and zippyness you could possibly want at a really nice price.
