10-28-13 Word On Wine Review 2000 Bordeaux! :)

This week Mary reviewed a bottle of  Chateau Lanessin from the famous 2000 vintage!  2000 was a spectacular year in Bordeaux and it was a way for her to celebrate her husband Kevin’s successful completion of the Baltimore Marathon!

I was intrigued enough to want to try something from Chateau Lanessin and  went to the Wine Source to see what was being offered.  I found a 2001 for about $23.  I am looking forward to giving it a shot.  If you can find a 2000 they are going for about $40.  If you would like more information on Chateau Lanessin check out their Wikipedia page.
